Motivation

Are you in Crisis? Do you need help now?

Call 9-1-1

Paramedics and police can help get you to the hospital where you can receive professional help.  If you cannot get yourself to the hospital, or feel in a state of panic, call your fellow brothers and sisters to help you.

Local hospital

Go to your local hospital and do your best to describe your feelings of illness.  When given the opportunity to describe your emergency, you need to be in the mindset and vocalize your symptoms as if it was your worst moment, (which may mean saying and describing pretty terrible thoughts after they have been experienced).   In other words, be honest about your worst moments.

Crisis Services Canada 1-833-456-4566 or text 45645

Call from anywhere, anytime, or text if you'd prefer not to talk to anyone.
